A competent NewCoach coach helps people enhance their strengths and improve their Entrepreneurial, Leadership and Innovation skills. You will work with professionals who want guidance.

A NewCoach must be a mentor eager to support their fellow people. You are able to discover people’s strengths and weaknesses and tell them what works best for them. Having communication skills partnered with critical thinking are prerequisites for this job.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals that want to become a certified NewCoach that are interested to be specialized in Entrepreneurial, Leadership and Innovation skills.

A NewCoach runs his own business and makes use of the coaching material developed by NewCoach.es. A NewCoach delivers his services making use of the NanoHacks coaching Framework. NewCoach.es are supported by the SMRT.bio Total Talent platform.
