The Career Coach helps young people and job seekers discover where they belong. Using SMRT.BIO’s Passion, Strength and Skill tests, the coach guides each coachee from intent to impact: clarifying what they want from their future, uncovering what drives them, mapping their talents, and turning those insights into a concrete study or career choice.

Start-up Coach

From idea to business model.

The Start-up Coach helps entrepreneurs turn an idea into a viable venture. Using SMRT.BIO’s NanoHacks and Business Model Canvas (BMC), the coach guides each coachee from intent to impact: defining the problem they want to solve and for whom, exploring opportunities that spark an idea, testing it against customers and the market, and building a BMC.

From plan to funding.

The Financing Coach helps entrepreneurs turn their venture into a fundable business. Using SMRT.BIO’s tools and NanoHacks, the coach guides each coachee from intent to impact: committing to growth, learning from successful ventures and available financing options, analysing the market, finances and risks in depth, and writing a business plan ready for a financing application.
